These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Obby LLC DBA Waterline Voice (“Waterline Voice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to these Terms.

Waterline Voice provides AI-powered missed-call reception and communication services for home service businesses. The service can answer calls that a business misses, collect customer and service-request information, notify the business, provide call summaries, support live handoffs, and provide related account and customer-support communications.

By providing your phone number and separately opting in through our website forms, you may consent to receive SMS messages from Obby LLC DBA Waterline Voice.

Non-marketing messages may include follow-ups regarding your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, service onboarding updates, account notifications, customer support communications, missed-call alerts, service-request summaries, call activity notifications, and other service-related communications.

Marketing messages may include special offers, discounts, product updates, feature announcements, promotions, and service updates and are sent only when separate marketing consent has been provided.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Consent is collected through separate website consent checkboxes for non-marketing and marketing SMS communications. These checkboxes are not pre-selected.

Submitting a website form or providing a phone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing SMS messages.

Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiries, account activity, service usage, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number messages are being sent from. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of our website and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website and services only for lawful purposes, and not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of Waterline Voice or its services.

Waterline Voice services are provided subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement. We do not guarantee that telecommunications networks, mobile carriers, internet services, or third-party systems will operate without interruption.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
